Getting enough B vitamins, for the heart and energy
I bought a bottle of Super B for my husband (who is open to but struggles with remembering to take supplements). When it went largely unused… I decided to try it for myself since the Essential Oils Desk Reference said it’s good for energy, supports hormones, nervous system, the brain and the heart.
I took 1 Super B each day. I think it took about 60 days before I really was aware of the impact. It gave me longer lasting energy. I’m not talking about the kind of energy where people look at you and say “she’s on something”. I’m talking about the kind where you seem to get through the day and not feel completely wiped out after lunch. The marathon kind.
KNOW ANYONE WITH HEART ISSUES?
A study in Osaka, Japan found that certain B vitamins lower homocysteine levels (amino acid associated with cardiovascular disease). This 14 year study found people who had diets rich in B6 and folate were less likely to die from heart disease or stroke. The study found intake of these vitamins meant less heart disease, strokes and heart failure. (Stroke Jrnl, April 2010)
Seems like a pretty cheap and simple insurance plan… doesn’t it?
So, I’m a fan of this B vitamin complex.
A real problem in this country with vitamins we find in the grocery and even health food stores is that they use binders & synthetics that make it almost impossible to absorb the vitamin. So it passes through us without doing the job it’s supposed to do. Not Super B. It has been formulated to release different vitamins at different times to avoid any fermentation that can happen or stomach upset. (EODR, 2013)
This is a great vitamin to rotate through your Essential Rewards – one bottle is a 90 day supply. Great value.
……. I just learned about Multigreens also being supportive for energy and wellbeing. That’s next on my Essential Rewards list. Stay tuned
